The institutional outlook is based on an extensive inhouse survey covering the 110 largest institutions in the Nordic region. The report presents an overall picture of the institutions’ view on property as an asset class, their market view and preferred investment strategies for the next 1–5 years. The result is presented on an aggregate Nordic level as well as country-wise.
